PWS Holdings (PWSH) Singapore, with subsidiary companies in Malaysia, Indonesia and Labuan, has completed an 80% purchase of Pacific Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd (PIB) a Direct Insurance Broker based in Singapore and established in 1993.

Paul Murphy, CEO of PWSH, announces that our Group is delighted to tie-up with PIB and accelerate our plans to diversif needs in the Singapore market.

Leonard Pereira, CEO of PIB, says partnering with PWSH will enable the business to offer its clients a broader service as well as leverage on the expertise of the Group. We are confident that this partnership will increase our presence in the Singapore marketplace and continue our excellent track record.

The PWS Group now encompasses Reinsurance and Insurance Broking, Managing General Agency (MGA) under the brand name of ASTER Underwriting Agency, and Risk Management capabilities.
