NORIAH IDRIS- Director of Treaty
Noriah has 30 years of experience in the insurance market and has handled complex technical lines claims throughout her career. She joined in 2019 to lead our Technical and Claims division. Noriah has handled a wide range of onshore and offshore losses for companies throughout the world and she brings with her extensive knowledge. She is responsible for the provision of claims services to a worldwide portfolio of clients as Head of Technical and Claims.
SHAHIRA KAMARUZZAMAN -Director of Business Development
Shahira has 20 years’ experience in handling and spearheading broking matters in insurance, reinsurance and takaful business within the Asia Pacific region.<
NORLIDA KADIR - Director of Finance
Norlida has an excellent understanding of the latest accounting and financial concepts and possesses the ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements. She is cost focused yet at the same time able to drive “value” and has the ability to think in new ways to get things done. Throughout her career, she has used her knowledge and expertise to consistently make the right decisions. She has strong interpersonal and the ability to work in an inclusive way. Her greatest strengths are her ability to meet all financial reporting deadlines and to ensure the highest levels of financial integrity in any management reporting.
FARID MOHD ALI – Compliance Manager
Farid brings a wealth of experience in regulatory compliance, AMLCFT compliance, audit assurance from various industries. He started his career in audit, after which he joined the Labuan industry where he embarked on a journey as a compliance officer. With over 10 years of working experience, he has amassed experiences in multinational insurance company, local bank, local and foreign reinsurance companies.
Farid oversees the compliance function both in the Malaysia and the Singapore office as well as the HR.
